Old Girls Day 2014

We were delighted to welcome back nearly 100 alumnae and their families. Past Staff, Sisters from the Sacred Heart and even a Bichon Frisé dog joined us. The day started with Mass, which this year was held in the Chapel and proved extremely popular. Everyone then walked up to Marden House for a fabulous lunch. Transferring to Main House we enjoyed an afternoon of reminiscing with school tours, children’s entertainment, the AGM, afternoon tea and reunions. The order of the day was as follows:

10.45am    Welcome address from Jane Pendered and Jayne Triffit.
11.00am    Mass
12.30pm    Lunch in Marden House
2.00pm      Afternoon activities including, children's entertainment, reunions, school tours etc
3.00pm      AGM
3.30pm      Afternoon tea
5.00pm      Finish

Both classes of 1994 & 1984 had their own room for their reunions, which were very well attended with some reuniting for the first time in 30 years! It was a fantastic day and we hope to see you at the next Old Girls’ Day, on Sunday 10 May 2015.
